Arnold Public Affairs’ team members bring a variety of backgrounds and skills to our clients.  Jim’s experience includes political and campaign work in Texas and throughout the country as well as work in state government.  Ellen’s unique perspective comes from her successful tenure as a teacher and principal at the elementary school level in both poor and rich school districts as well as ethnically diverse school districts in Texas and Virginia.  Jay’s experience in both the public and private sectors and his work with non-profit organizations that raise money for student scholarships, rounds out the team.
